The issue on Docker Hub seems to have been resolved and images are now pulling as expected. We'll re-enable the task runner momentarily
Docker Hub appear to be continuing work on a fix. Multiple organisations are reporting impact via the github issue. https://github.com/docker/hub-feedback/issues/2215

We're starting to see reports from other Docker Hub users that appear similar to what we're experiencing. We've just got in touch with Docker Hub's support.
We've just identified an issue with our deploy pipeline that's preventing build images from being pulled from our image repository provider Docker Hub.
It's unclear at this time if the issue is down to Docker Hub or Servd, we'll keep you posted when we know more.
In the interim, we've paused the task runner which will temporarily prevent project bundles from being deployed.
