The incident is now resolved. 🙌
DigitalOcean have issued a status update https://status.digitalocean.com/incidents/hpqn1rt7mbwb
The issue appears to resolved. We're currently waiting to hear back from DigitalOcean on the cause of the issue.
We believe the issue is confined to deployments which change data volumes. As this is a small subsection of deployments, we've re-enabled the task runner.
We're currently seeing an uptick in new project deployments timing out which we currently believe is originating from our upstream hosting provider DigitalOcean.
We're reaching out to DigitalOcean to get the issue resolved, but in the meantime we've disabled the Servd task runner to avoid service issues for projects. This means new tasks will sit pending until the task runner is re-enabled.
