Everything is now back to normal, please get in touch at support@servd.host if you are still seeing any issues.
We're seeing requests to files.svdcdn.com starting to go through successfully again. Once we're satisfied everything has resumed to normal service we shall mark this incident as resolved.
Servd's asset CDN provider has confirmed that many of their customers also connecting to the same asset storage provider have reported similar issues. They're also looking to remediate the issue from the end as well.
We're continuing to work with our asset storage provider to resolve the issues to still facing requests to files.svdcdn.com. From the evidence we've gathered it, it appear an array of IPs have been blocked from reaching our asset storage provider's eu-central-1 asset buckets.
Transformed assets are now loading again, URLs to the original assets are still timing out.
We've determined that the timeouts are originating from our asset storage provider's European Region's API, we're looking to redirect traffic via another of their API regions to sidestep the issue.
We're continuing to investigate the issue and are in contact with our v3 asset storage provider to get to root cause of the outage. Thanks for your patience.
The issues seems specific to projects in our London and Amsterdam regions, and is only effecting previously-untransformes assets that aren't cached by our asset platform.
We're investigating an uptick in 502 Bad Gateway errors being returned by our Asset Platform.
