The issue has been resolved and we haven't seen any related problems. Thanks for your patience!
All services are back up and running. We're continuing to monitor to ensure there are no residual issues.
Our scheduled maintenance window for us-east-2 has overrun as we has experienced some issues during our cluster upgrade process.
We're working to resolve this but there might be intermittent connectivity to the cluster while we work to get it resolved.
