Intermittent connection issues in EU-WEST-1 cluster

We're seeing service restored to normal once again, but are continuing to monitor. We believe the underlying issue was an unhealthy Cloudflare PoP server in the Amsterdam area which has since recovered. We're continuing to gather more evidence to firm up this theory.

For the last 20 minutes we've seen much better connectivity, however a handful of requests appear to still be timing out. We're continuing to mitigate the impact and unearth the root cause.

We're observing intermittent connection errors in our EU-WEST-1 cluster. We're currently communicating with Cloudflare to debug the issue.
