We believe the underlying issue was related to the physical node on which the impacted load balancer instance was running. Addressing this has led to resolution of the issue however we will continue to monitor in order to confirm.
We've tracked the issue down to a load balancer which is part of our legacy ingress system for the us-east-2 cluster. This has been escalated to our server provider who are currently working on a resolution.
We're seeing a small number of requests hitting our us-east-2 cluster experiencing connection timeouts. We're currently investigating to determine the root cause.
