Server instability in uk-london-3 cluster
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Civo have fixed the core issue and we're monitoring the cluster to confirm everything has stabilised.
Civo, the underlying server provider for the uk-london-3 cluster, is currently experiencing a partial disruption to it's LON1 region, which is having a knock-on effect to a small number of projects in uk-london-3.
They're currently issuing updates via their status page incident https://status.civo.com/issues/2024-04-03-lon1-partial-disruption/
We're in direct communication with Civo's infrastructure team, and are working to mitigate disruption.
