We've detected issues with transatlantic traffic which is causing packet loss and latency to our US clusters from specific locations within Europe and Asia. We believe this might be an issue with an EU-US subsea cable, however it is currently being further investigated by our network provider.

The majority of impact has now been rectified however we will leave this status open until we have a root cause confirmed.
