After monitoring the cluster for a few hours, we're happy the issue the cluster was experiencing has been resolved. We're really sorry for any interruptions caused.
The underlying issue has been addressed and we're no longer seeing any direct impact on projects. We'll be monitoring for any regression.
More servers appear to have become unresponsive in the cluster since the last update.
After communicating with our underlying hosting provider for UK-LONDON-1, it appears they're seeing wide-spread server issues across their platform that they're addressing as a top priority.
All servers are online again. We're now working on getting database instances housed on them up and running again.
One server has resumed normal service, we're addressing the other two now.
We're currently seeing three servers in our UK-LONDON-1 cluster experiencing issues, and are looking to get them back up and into a healthy state as soon as possible, in conjunction with our hosting provider. Really sorry for any interruptions caused.
