GitLab outage effecting project deployments

Gitlab have reported the outage is recovering, requests to gitlab.com are starting to return successful responses.

It appears Gitlab is experiencing an outage, which is indirectly preventing new deployments to Servd projects.
Gitlab hosts our server configuration, and is currently returning 503 errors when the Servd task runner attempts to pull the latest config.
We're monitoring the situation and shall update when Gitlab resumes normal service.
