The impacted servers have been replaced by healthy nodes, projects are starting to come back online.
We're continuing to work with our underlying hosting provider for eu-west-1 to get things sorted. An upgrade performed by them overnight caused the servers to become completely unresponsive. We're relying on them for a solution, but also looking at alternative ways to get impacted projects back online.
