The load balancer issue has been resolved but we're still investigating the root cause. Services should all be back online and we'll write up a postmortem once we know further details.
DO have confirmed there is an issue with the load balancer and are attempting to rectify
We've raised a support ticket with Digital OCean to have a look into the load balancer which is acting as an ingress to this cluster.
In the mean time we'll spin up a new LB to shift traffic over to if this isn't resolved shortly
