This incident is now resolved
The DDoS attack has subsided for now and we have a lot of cleanup work to do over the next few days.
DDoS attack is ongoing, but secondary load balancer is holding up ok. We're trying to get some additional DDoS protection in place asap to prevent this from happening again but it may require additional DNS record updates which we'll update all clients on as soon as details are available.
We've received credible information that the downtime over the last few days has been caused by a DDoS attack against our infrstructure.
We're attempting to mitigate this with the aid of our underlying server provider.
We have created a new load balancer with a new IP address. Please drop us a message to obtain the IP address for this.
For any effected website we'd suggest updating DNS records to point to this new IP while we investigate further.
